I have sent an email with a request, what do i do now?

We will come back with a confirmation email within minutes of your request or if there are more details that we need for the reservation. No further actions are required from you.

Where am I going to meet you and how will I recognize you?

We will wait for you at the airport exit gate with your name displayed on a card board. You can't miss us!

We are three/four/more than four persons travelling together, can we use a car only?

Yes, our cars can accommodate one to four persons. We can arrange for a van transfer if more places are needed.

What happens if my flight is delayed/ arrives early?

We are in constant contact with the arrivals desk and constantly informed of flight details. There is no need to contact us, we will be there on time.

What hours are you open? When can I contact you?

Our service is provided 24/7 all year long. Please contact us at any time via email or phone.

Do you provide baby seats?

Yes, you can ask for a baby seat free of charge.

How do i pay?

You can pay cash or credit card once you reach your destination. No need for online payment.

Do I have to tip the driver? Are there any other charges that I must pay?

Tipping the driver is at your discretion but there are absolutely no other hidden charges that you need to worry about.

How long does it take to reach my destination?

In our 'prices' page you can find more information like estimated duration and distance for any destination. Also clicking on the name of the destination, a description of the route in Google maps appears.

I would like to book my return trip too, is that possible?
